1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Plumbing Experts of Mckinney (operated by Foundrevenue LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. What we are

Plumbing Experts of Mckinney is a referral service. We connect homeowners in McKinney and surrounding TX communities with independent local plumbing professionals. We are not a plumbing contractor. We do not perform plumbing work, do not employ the pros, and do not contract with you for the work itself.

3. The matching service

When you submit a request, we share your contact information and the details of your request with one or more pros in our local network. Each pro independently decides whether to contact you and what to quote. The agreement for any work is solely between you and the pro you choose to hire.

4. No guarantee of work outcomes

We don't guarantee the work performed by pros in our network. We don't guarantee specific pricing, response times, or availability. We don't guarantee that any pro will accept your job. Before hiring, verify the pro's license, insurance, and references for your specific project — most pros will share these on request.

5. Vetting standards

We verify state plumbing license status and general liability insurance for pros before they join the network, and re-verify annually. We don't perform criminal background checks beyond what's publicly available, and we don't guarantee a pro's character, work quality, or fit for your project.

6. Free for homeowners

The matching service is free for homeowners. We earn revenue from pros in the network (per-lead fees or monthly subscriptions). The amount you pay the pro for actual plumbing work is set by the pro and is between you and them — we don't take a cut of the work itself.

7. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when submitting requests.
• Use the service only for legitimate plumbing needs (no spam, scraping, or abuse).
• Communicate respectfully with pros in our network.
• Verify the pro's credentials and references before agreeing to work.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plumbing Experts of Mckinney and Foundrevenue LLC are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the matching service or any work performed by a pro you connect with through it. Our total liability under these terms is limited to $100.

9. Disputes

Any dispute relating to Plumbing Experts of Mckinney or the matching service is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to bring any claim in the state or federal courts located in that state.

For disputes about work performed by a pro: the agreement is between you and the pro — not us. Direct any work-related disputes to the pro you hired.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted prominently on this page; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
